Oracle second-year support fees to increase

On October 7, 2024, Oracle increased the uplift percentage for second-year support fees. This change will impact all new quotes, re-quotes, and ordering documents issued on or after this date, with Oracle Premier Support contracts beginning from October 7, 2025.

For Partners reselling to End Customers: The uplift percentage will rise from 10% to 15%.
